At Bowling Closet Co., we’re committed to delivering high-quality products that you’ll love. We take responsibility for any issues with the quality of our products.

Our Promise

If your item arrives incorrect, damaged, or defective we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.

30-Day Window: Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order if you encounter a quality issue. We may not be able to offer a refund after 30 days from the purchase date.

Effortless Process: Email us at bowlingcloset.contact@gmail.com. Please include your order number in the subject line and a photo of the item’s condition.

Resolution Guarantee: When accepted we’ll provide a replacement or process your refund within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item. (Usually only takes a couple of days)

Sizing Issues: We can not resell returned items, and we aim to minimize waste. To ensure a perfect fit, please refer to our size chart, and if you’re unsure, we recommend measuring before placing your order.

Large Orders: Unless there are quality issues with your order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for orders with 4 or more items. We are a family business and we cannot afford to make such a large amount of replacements in on go. There is no rush, please make a smaller order to ensure you like our t-shirts and the size you chose, then order a larger order if you like them.
